Amir Al Misk operates as an independent curator, service provider, and retailer of fine concentrated perfume oils (attars) and alcohol-based spray perfumes.
- Third-Party Sourcing: Amir Al Misk does not manufacture raw aromatic compounds from scratch. We source premium-grade concentrated fragrance compositions directly from vetted wholesalers, suppliers, and commercial perfume houses.
- Blending & Service Provision: Our service includes the careful selection, custom compounding, ratio dilution (e.g., premium alcohol blending), quality evaluation, decanting, precision bottling, packaging, and fulfillment of high-end fragrance creations under the Amir Al Misk brand.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Disclaimers
Amir Al Misk offers both original creations and independent olfactory renditions inspired by popular designer and niche fragrance profiles.
Third-Party Trademarks: Any references to third-party brand names, trademarks, or designer fragrances (e.g., Ferrari Black, YSL Tuxedo, Hugo Boss Green, Versace Eros, Sabaya, Auram, etc.) are strictly for descriptive and consumer comparison purposes. They are used solely to indicate the general scent character and olfactory family of our inspired renditions.
Amir Al Misk has no affiliation, connection, sponsorship, or formal endorsement with any third-party brand or trademark owners. All rights to third-party names and trademarks belong entirely to their respective copyright holders.
4. Product Specifications & Topical Usage
All our products (including concentrated perfume oils and spray perfumes) are intended strictly for personal external cosmetic use.
- Patch Test Recommended: Because individual skin chemistry varies, we strongly advise performing a small skin patch test prior to full application.
- Precaution: Do not ingest or apply to broken skin, irritated skin, or near the eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Amir Al Misk is not liable for adverse skin reactions, allergies, or misuse of products once delivered.
5. Orders, Pricing & Fulfillment
All prices listed on amiralmisk.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of an order cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
6. Shipping & Return Policies
Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to logistical conditions.
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, opened or used items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged, leaked, or incorrect state. If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
